SHOE RAFIKI

RAFIKI means "friend" or "pal" in Kiswahili. With Shoerafiki so we want two children to use the same pair of shoes in different continents and get to know a little bit about each other, what they did in their shoes. This is how it began...... "Floss has already grown out of school shoes which are in lovely condition and it got me thinking... I wondered whether I could set up an association between Floss's school here in England (where there are 220 children from ages 4 - 11 all with growing feet) and a school near you in Kenya"
